  • WIRED met Mk. III, the 16 foot tall, 12 ton robot built by Gui Cavalcanti (’04)’s startup, MegaBots.
  • Cheta Emba (’11) is a member of the USA Women’s Rugby team that played in the Rugby World Cup seminfinal against New Zealand on August 22.
  • The RTD spotted MLWGS faculty members Lynn Foshee Reed & Hana Voight eclipse watching at Brown’s Island.

  • Alex Wiles (’08) and Thomas Cunningham (’01) will be performing in a special three-night run of Shakespeare’s “Twelfth Night” over Labor Day weekend at the Nesselrod Bed & Breakfast in Radford, VA.
  • Executive Director of Groundwork RVA Giles Harnsberger (’01) has been selected for Leadership Metro Richmond’s Leadership Quest Class of 2018.
