Short on time but love to read? The new Alumni and Friends Readers Club is for you! The brainchild of alumni Neha Bhatnagar ’00 and GT Nuckolls ’00, this fun twist on a book club will be a time for alumni, friends of alumni and MLWGS teachers past and present to come together, socialize and share about whatever they are currently reading—whether it be a book, article, poem or any other written work.
The first Alumni and Friends Readers Club is happening on January 13, 6–7pm, in the Community Room at the Crossridge Publix (10250 Staples Mill Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23060). There will also be dates set for February and March. This could be a great part of any New Year’s resolution to read more and get off the apps! Hope to see you there!
