Maggie Walker Governor’s School for Government and International Studies (MLWGS)  is a Regional school serving 14 school districts and families in the Richmond, Virginia, region. MLWGS provides a rigorous academic program that includes 10 international languages (of which students must study at least two), 21 Advanced Placement courses, and 18 VCU dual enrollment classes (earning students 2,700 hours of college credit from VCU in 2020-2021). Each senior completes a Mentorship/Seminar as a capstone course that adds relevance to their learning.
